At Halevit, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
To request a return, please contact support@halevitshop.com within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include:
A photo of the issue
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
We review all requests case by case. Depending on the situation, we may issue a full refund, partial refund, or a replacement.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Halevit will cover return shipping costs only if the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective.
