Shipping within the USA: Free standard shipping on all orders.

International Shipping: Flat-rate international shipping of $35.

Customs & Taxes: International buyers: please note that customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply in your country and are your responsibility.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

At Halevit, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To request a return, please contact support@halevitshop.com within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

A photo of the issue

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

We review all requests case by case. Depending on the situation, we may issue a full refund, partial refund, or a replacement.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Halevit will cover return shipping costs only if the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective.
